Payment of conference fees

Payment proof should accompany registration forms. International and local payments may be made by bank draft/cheque, which must be deposited directly into the conference bank account.

PLEASE NOTE:
All bank draft/cheque payments in Euro which are paid into the conference bank account must include a surcharge to cover foreign exchange charges.

Registration Acknowledgement

All registrations will be acknowledged in electronic format with confirmation of delegate requirements according to the submitted registration form and upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing to icke2011@aceconferences.co.za and will be accepted up until 31 August 2011.  Refunds will be executed post conference less a 25% administration fee.

Cancellations after 31 August 2011 cannot be accepted; however, transfer of registration to another person will be accepted and must be communicated to the Secretariat in writing to icke2011@aceconferences.co.za.
