Cancellation
and refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing to asswa2012@aceconferences.co.za
and will be accepted up until 1 August 2012. Refunds will
be executed post conference less a 25% administration fee. Cancellations received after 1 August 2012 cannot be accepted,
however, transfer of registration to another person will be
accepted and must be communicated to the Secretariat in writing
to asswa2012@aceconferences.co.za. |

Payment
of Conference Fees
Proof of payment should accompany registration
forms.
Please use either invoice number (if you have requested an
invoice) or your name and surname as reference.
PLEASE
NOTE:
All
foreign currency payments into the Conference bank account must
include the stipulated surcharge to cover foreign exchange
charges.
PLEASE
BE ADVISED THAT NO ORDER NUMBERS/PURCHASE ORDERS WILL BE
ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT OR PROMISE THEREOF. PLEASE ARRANGE
DIRECTLY WITH YOUR FINANCE DEPARTMENT TO HAVE PAYMENT DEPOSITED
INTO THE CONFERENCE BANK ACCOUNT 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE
CONFERENCE. REGISTRATION/ACCOMMODATION WILL ONLY BE
CONFIRMED ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. |
