To coordinate all our congresses to the highest of international standards, maintaining our professionalism and ethics and at all times, to be totally transparent to all our clients and to greatly improve the standard of conference delivery in South Africa.

To achieve our vision, we undertake to do the following:·

	Update our knowledge of international congress standards and expectations.
	Remain in good standing with the South African and International Congress Associations / Regulatory Bodies.
	To strive to provide exceptional service at all times.
	Adhere to all South African and international laws (where applicable) regarding all the aspects of congress organising.
	Strictly adhere to good business practice, together with always ensuring complete transparency to all clients and contractors at all times.

ACES are 100% compliant as per the National Department of Trade and Industry policies. We strive to work together with our vast database of suppliers and in so doing have built up solid relationships with reputable, reliable and mostly BEE compliant service providers ranging from hotels, congress facilities, airlines, transport companies and congress supplies companies. We also have the financial strength and credibility to enter into contracts on behalf of our clients.
